Victoria Baamonde is a graduate of Hunter College’s Physical and Environmental Geography BA program. She spent a semester abroad in Australia, studying wildlife conservation at Deakin University. While there, she was involved in the Regent Honeyeater Program where she mapped the location of sugar glider nest boxes in rural Benalla, counted the gliders inside, and recorded any damage or signs of wear. She is also an avid proponent of recycling and is a vegetarian against the environmental impact of factory farming.
